Acura is also expected to offer a variant with its Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) technology. The new model will inhouse all-new unibody design adopted especially for the TLX along with control-arm front suspension to improve handling and control. 2021 Acura TLX Type S  Release Date

Acura’s sedan TLX is expected to go on sale this calendar year 2020, but the Type S, higher variant can’t be expected to debut along with standard model instead, the Company plans to unveil the flagship version in the first quarter of 2021. 2021 Acura TLX Type S Price Details

The Company hasn’t released its official pricing for the next-generation TLX or about trim levels. We can presume the starting price will start a little bit higher than the current model, somewhere around $35,000, and the high-end version Type S to be $45,000 when it debuts showrooms.

The base trim is expected to be equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine from Honda Accord, which produces 252 horsepower with reasonably impressive acceleration.
