The plot of the story is pretty simple, yet the creators have made it so interesting to watch that you will get immediately hooked to it from the first episode itself. The camera follows the family around as they deal with their many issues which might be personal or even sociopolitical. All this while, you guys should know that the series has been made under the banner of ABC Studios from the point it started till the sixth season but from the seventh one, ABC Signature is doing the honors.
Black-ish Season 7 Cast Members
Till now, we have had six installments of the show with us while the seventh one is currently airing on the network. It was on the 21st of May 2020 that ABC released the news confirming a new outing for Black-ish. Season 7 dropped out on the 21st of October 2020. All this while, the popularity and the love that the audience has been casting upon Black-ish has been so much, that the creators even went on to make a potential spin-off for the series. It is called Grown-ish and its plot focuses on Zoey as she leaves for college and figures out that things are not as easy as they looked at home. Also, we have another spinoff called Mixed-ish and in this, the camera follows young Bow as well as his family. As for the cast members, the list includes Anthony Anderson reprising the role of Andre Johnson Senior. Tracee Ellis Ross enacts the character of Dr. Rainbow Johnson. Then we have Yara Shahidi who plays the part of Zoey Johnson. Marcus Scribner reprises the role of Andre Johnson Junior. Miles Brown enacts the character of Jack Johnson. Then Marsai Martin plays the part of Diane Johnson. Jenifer Lewis reprises the role of Ruby Johnson. Jeff Meacham enacts the character of Josh Oppenhol. Peter Mckenzie does the part of Leslie Stevens. Deon Cole reprises the role of Charlie Telphy and Katlyn Nichol enacts the character of Olivia Lockhart.
Black-ish Season 7 Episode 13 Release Date and Spoilers
Recently, there is a lot that has been going on in the show. We have seen Dre going against his wife’s warning in order to teach their white cousin about how to be an ally. On the other hand, even Olivia is doing everything that she can to impress the family of Junior by trying to analyze every member. Then later in the scenes, a very proud moment occurs as Bow establishes herself as the first Black woman partner at her hospital. All this while, it all is not as an easy ad it might look like. Bow is struggling with the burden of being a trailblazer and thus, is trying pretty hard to mentor others regarding all of it. Now, we are waiting to watch the next episode of the show, and is going to drop out pretty soon. Black-ish season 7 episode 15 is titled ‘Jack’s First Stand‘ and it is scheduled for a release on the 23rd of March 2021. Here we have spoilers for the episode and those who do not wish to know them can skip the part. In this episode, we will see Jack deciding to adopt veganism. But Dre is not happy with this decision although he does not shows it. It is because he will miss their bonding nights where they both eat barbecues while also watching MMA together. On the other hand, Diane will have a very crazy idea. She will want to buy a Beyonce doll with whatever allowance she can make.
