Goal Of Pokémon Legend Arceus
While this game takes place 150 years before any other Pokémon game in the Pokémon world. There were no gyms or trainer battles during this era. So what is the goal of this game?
Well, because this is thought to be the “beginning” of Pokémon. That means all the technology we know and love today in the Pokémon world will be primitive in this new game. Primitive, of course, meaning to the Pokémon world. It’s hard to say for sure what was old in the Pokémon world until we see more to the story, which Pokémon Legends Arceus will tell us more. With this being said, the goal of the game will be to set out and come up with the first sketch of the Pokedex. All in all, we are setting out an adventure to make the Pokedex that will then be used by trainers around the world. Pokémon we know and love today could have different forms. The reason why is because, well, we don’t know what Pokémon looked like 150 years ago. It would be an interesting take on adding Pokémon to this game, though unlikely. It’s more likely we will see new Pokémon before we see new forms. Though, there could be new babies forms. Maybe, every Pokémon has a baby form In this game?
What Pokémon Will We Get?
Well, because we already know the starter Pokémon are from different generations. It is hard to say for sure if we see Pokémon from the corresponding generations. Will Pokemon and Trainers Work Together?
While Pokémon and trainers are already working together in the current games. Will they be working together in Pokémon Legends Arceus, though? From the looks of it, they will be. Honestly, we get to use Pokémon to fight for us. Pokémon and trainers working together just make sense in this game. There is a new Mechanic for catching Pokémon, too, which kind of suggests us being able to work with Pokémon. This new mechanic is you literally just stealth your way up to a Pokémon you want to catch. Through a Pokeball at it. Then hope it stays in the Pokeball. You may be wondering why this suggests us being able to work with Pokémon? Well, if we weren’t able to work with Pokémon, they wouldn’t stay in their Pokeballs, and they would flee once they were taken out of them.
Boss Fights?
We don’t know a whole lot about boss fights just yet. However, we do know they will happen in Pokémon Legends Arceus. While we won’t have your typical gym or trainer battles. Instead, they were replaced by boss fights. This, in fact, is one of the leaked photos we are able to show you! On closer look, though. You can see it is a Pokemon that we have never seen before, which raises even more questions about the game. Will we see new Pokémon in this open-world game too?
The more and more you think about this, though. The more it makes sense for them to add new Pokémon to the game. The reason why is because this game takes place 150 years before the Pokémon world we know and love today was created. We don’t know what Pokémon roamed the Pokémon world 150 years ago. Meaning it very well could be possible for us to see new ones coming 2022.
