In an incident, Manboy’s niece and Scully’s daughter died, and that’s the reason that brought them together. As Leon is not having a good time, he wants to stay at his mother’s, but her mother doesn’t want him to as he will be easily found out there. Irene is continuously trying to find out as much information as she can about Franklin. She is the girl who won’t stop until she did what she wants to. She also interviewed two people so that she can get information about the underworld and Franklin’s involvement in all of this. Then Scully finds out about Leon and takes him to a safe place. Leon is alive, and he is okay. Franklin is under a lot of pressure, and other parties are constantly pressurizing him to tell where he is, but he is not giving up.

The 4th episode of season 4 of Snowfall is titled ‘All The Way Down,’ was premiered on the 3rd of March, 2021, written by Walter Mosley. In this episode, Franklin finally comes in front of Officer Nixon when Nixon threatened Franklin’s Dad so that he could set him up for Nixon. Therefore, Franklin directly said to Nix that he wants to continue his job for the original rates they discussed earlier. But Officer didn’t found that news overwhelming. Due to this, his mom, Cissy, was arrested by the officer, the events took turn when he took her to officer Andre Wright’s gravestone instead of taking her into custody. But this is not the only thing he wanted to take care of, he teamed up with his mother so they can continue their real estate. Franklin was confronted by Mrs. Mosley as he wanted to sell their family-owned bookstore. But finally, Franklin sold his business to Paul Davidson. Mosleys were very disappointed with him. The second episode of season 4 of Snowfall is called ‘Weight’ and was released on the 24th of February, 2021, written by Leonard Chang and directed by Karena Evans. The episode starts with a bang! The plan that was made to set Skully was wrong. Franklin hopes to stop one gang war between Scully and Manboy. But he couldn’t do it, and this made the situation even worse. Skully is now feeling betrayed, and Franklin has now made more enemies. Leon is struggling as Franklin is not with him. Cissy is now taking a lot of interest in Franklin’s business. Leon is not keeping up with Franklin. Therefore he tries to get a new connection from his crew members. But it ends up as a setup, But fortunately, they came out of there in time. Franklin then meets Officer Nix so that he can use him for the deals that were created. He wanted Nex to arrest all the people that get in his way. Nix, like a truthful man, tries to investigate everything. Franklin also organizes a meeting with Manboy, Manboy tells him that he shot Skully in melee. Finally, it is revealed that Skully was definitely shot, but he is alive and okay. Skully is very, very angry. In a messed-up mind, he extracts the bullet from his arm with the help of a butter knife.

He finally realized that a truce is nearly impossible, and he should really choose sides. He is helping Skully so that he can find Manboy and take his revenge. They may make a plan so that Manboy can believe they are on his side. But the plan fails miserably. Skully felt betrayed. Franklin made many enemies this time.
