What’s The Show About?
As mentioned before and suggested by the name, it follows the routine life of the Nakano Quintuplets Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki. They are all beautiful girls with their own personalities. The one thing they have in common is their disregard for studying and ever-decreasing grades. They all cross paths with Fuutarou. Fuutarou has had a tough time dealing with the loss of his mother and his father being in debt. Clearly, things are not looking any good for Fuutarou when it comes to money. The trade was simple. Fuutarou was excellent at studying and needed money. The quintuplets lacked behind in studying and promised to pay 5 times the regular amount for tutoring. Fuutarou took the job and the responsibility for his own good. He was not instantly accepted by all the sisters. The only one to really accept him quickly was Yotsuba. We are shown that Fuutarou will be marrying one of the quintuplets, except her identity is kept secret. Who will he marry? The manga has already revealed this but the anime is yet to follow up.
Story So Far
The last few episodes were adapted from chapters 78-86 of the manga. Of course, since the story is not finished in the anime yet, all the chapters are yet to be covered. The last and 12th episode of season two was Sisters War: Part 2. Itsuki desperately tries to make Fuutarou remember what happened five years ago. He slowly starts regaining his memory about the events before the start of the series main story. Meanwhile, Nino tries to encourage Miku after entering her room. Ichika disguises herself as Miku and drags Fuutarou away. Fans have been wondering and wondering who wins. Everyone has their bets placed on their favorite best girls. Well, the manga readers must already know who the winner is and who gets married to Fuutarou in the end.
The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 3 Release Date
And getting to the point finally, 2021 has been a year of anime. With some animes concluding with their final seasons like Attack on Titan. The Quintessential Quintuplets only picked up the second season this year and garnered some great reception from fans all across the board. Of course, it is a harem comedy anime and so the reception has been according to the genre with some considering it a typical anime and some absolutely fanboying over it. Fans would be pleased to know that AnimeTv confirmed that there will certainly be a season 3 for the anime. However, the release dates have not been confirmed. Given the schedule of its past release dates, we can estimate that The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 3 release date would be set for January 2022 and probably air until March of the same year.
